Postcard From The Gatekeepers Hut. Aln Valley Railway, Alnwick, Northumberland 07/06/15

Relaxing Sunday.  Volunteered at Aln Valley Railway. Car park duty.  A steady flow of visitors.  Frequent breaks between arrivals.  Plenty of tea and idle chat. Soaked up the ambience of the Copse, and socialised with friends.  Sad chaffinch didn't show today, but did meet a deer on a pass through.  I was as surprised as her, and was without cameraless at the time. Wish you been here.  Should pop by for a visit.  Hope to see you soon.
